ReadyThen is a family routines and rewards product in development. In this policy, “ReadyThen”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the ReadyThen service and its operator.

2. Information collected by this website

The current ReadyThen website is a static informational site. It does not provide account creation, sign-in, contact forms, payments, comments, analytics, advertising or a mailing list.

Like most websites, the hosting service may process basic technical information in server logs, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access. This information is used for security, reliability and troubleshooting by the hosting provider. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. The interactive agreement example works in your browser and does not send the example tasks or rewards to us.

4. The ReadyThen app

The iPhone app is not yet available. Before launch, we will update this policy to explain the app’s actual data practices, including what household, child-profile, agreement, reward, device and Screen Time information is stored, where it is stored, how it is protected, and how parents can access or delete it.

ReadyThen is designed for parents and guardians to manage family routines. Parents are responsible for deciding what information they enter about their children and for using the app in accordance with applicable law.

5. Service providers

We may use hosting, infrastructure, crash-reporting, authentication or other service providers to operate ReadyThen. We will identify the relevant categories and purposes before the app launches and require providers to handle information only for authorized service purposes.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because the current website does not offer accounts or collect information through forms, most requests will not have a user account to match. Contact us if you have a question and we will explain what we can do.

7. Children’s privacy

ReadyThen is intended to be set up and controlled by adults. Children should not create accounts or submit information directly to the website. Parents and guardians should supervise use of the service and only provide information they are permitted to provide.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ReadyThen develops. The “Last updated” date above shows when the current version was published. Material changes will be highlighted in the updated policy or through the service where appropriate.
